Return & Exchange Policy
Request Window
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
- To help us assist you better and speed up the process, please fill out the return request form and let us know the reason for your return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused, undamaged, and in its original shipping box.
- Include all original accessories (if applicable).
Items Not Eligible

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card) within 7 calendar days.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement free of charge within the 30-day period.
- After this period, issues should be handled through our product support or warranty service.
Return Shipping Costs

Returns are directed to the closest location for faster and more convenient service.
