The New Sonopulse Compact 1 MHz by Ibramed is a microcontrolled therapeutic ultrasound device operating at a 1 MHz frequency with an Effective Radiating Area (ERA) of 8 cm². It is designed for rehabilitation, aesthetics, and aesthetic medicine.

Do not use in the following situations:
- Pregnancy or over a potentially pregnant uterus
- Treatment of undiagnosed pain
- Over neoplastic areas or areas where a tumor has been removed
- Application over the eyes
- Open wounds at the treatment site
- Over ischemic areas, where blood supply may be insufficient, leading to necrosis
- Application over growing bone epiphyses
- Patients with implanted electronic devices (e.g., pacemakers, deep brain stimulators)
- Previously irradiated areas (radiotherapy-treated regions)
- Over gonads to prevent overheating
- Application over the cardiac area
- Over areas affected by thrombophlebitis, deep vein thrombosis, embolism, or severe atherosclerosis
- Suspected serious infectious diseases or medical conditions requiring suppression of heat or fever
- Over the stellate ganglion, spinal cord, or skull
- Areas with reduced sensation, impaired circulation, or anesthetized regions

- Avoid placing the device in vibration-prone locations; always install it on a stable, level surface with adequate ventilation.
- If stored in a built-in cabinet, ensure that airflow is not obstructed at the back or bottom.
- Do not place the device on carpets, cushions, or soft surfaces that may block ventilation.
- Keep the power cord free from foot traffic, and do not place furniture on top of it.
- Do not insert objects into the device’s openings.
- Do not place liquid containers on the device, as it is not water-resistant.
